I tried to place an order for various garage door magnets and the process turned me back three times indicating that to ship to my home address I had to choose non-continental, then that I had to choose standard shipping, and last, that I had to choose express shipping.
I decided to make a phone call and the person who attended me told me that you could not ship one of the items to Puerto Rico.
So, why does the system did not indicate this?
Besides, when I called, I was hoping to place the order by phone but that was not the case.

We ordered chair covers which were 3 times to big. I returned them and called 10 later to inquire about my refund.
Today I received notification that my refund is being processed.

It said I was to get 10% off, but they did not do it?! Otherwise, it was ok. When I received my order, one item was missing, so had to call and re-order. Never did get the discount they advertised.

I accidentally ordered two of the same item and found the return procedure very easy and simple. Easy to locate items using catalogue numbers, easy to order, easy to check out.

I am upset with the website. I tried to use it to get a Return Label and it flashed off after I requested it. I called the Customer Service person and she told me I would receive it within 24 hours. I did not receive it and it has been several days. So now I am going to have to make up one myself and make a trip to the Post Offfice. The reason I was returning half of my orders was that the item was a men's pajama bottom. My husband wore one pair and hated them. They had no pockets, and no fly and were cut short in the crotch. I will never order anything else because of quality and service I got in the return. The pair my husband wore, will be be given to Goodwill
