I wrote a detailed email stating the issues that I had with the glass ball products because of the extremely large box which was UNSEALED. I did not receive a reply. Yes, the box was not taped closed. Our mailman found other mail in the box. Luckily, all of my items were there. The lights in the glass balls are only at the bottom most likely from rattling around in the open box. I was also disappointed that the design was not all the way around the ball which defeats the purpose of showing them from all sides. The poinsettia ball was rolling around within its small box too.? Poor packaging? I am not happy about not getting a reply, advice on rectifying the issues.

I ordered two items as gifts for a loved one's birthday, and mistakenly put MY name and address as the recipient (it was late at night). I called the very next morning, less than ten hours later, and asked that they please change the address so that I'm not late for her birthday and also so that I don't have to pay for shipping twice. They flat out refused, saying that it was already in the warehouse (whatever that means). Ok, fine, so then why did the items not ship out for another three whole days after my phone call? I believe they were just too lazy to find my order and change the address. I do not believe that the items were already packaged up for sending a mere ten hours after my late night order, when they didn't even ship for several days after my request to change the address. Disappointed in customer service, but the products I ordered were liked very much.

You need to be clear about codes...this one was hard to see at the very top of the screen...off the face of the computer.

I was very please with the items I purchased. A shelf unit I purchased was exactly the size it said it would be and the quality of the Nutcracker mat is very nice and I will be proud to give it as a gift.

I have always loved collections products. Still using a cute little toilet paper holder bought over 10 years ago. Website worked pretty quickly and didn't hang up as so many do.
I did expect the quality of the blanket and the lace trimmed jacket to be nicer.
Shopping Collections has always been a satisfying choice.
Received the products quickly, however, they won't work like I thought they would. Will be returning unfortunately.
