Ordering went fine but instead of light they had a dress. So had to call and have the order fixed but it all went smoothly and we got everything.

I purchased compression gloves for my husband and when he put them on they tore. I called and it was arranged for your company to send me another pair to replace the ones that tore.

The shopping online was fine. The problem was when I tried to check on the order status, I kept getting a message that no order was found. I contacted customer service and was told to check the order status with order # and zip code which I had been doing with no luck. So contacting customer service wasn't helpful and somewhat rude in my opinion. They did give a delivery date which was wrong when my order arrived the next day instead of a week later like they said. I think customer service should be more helpful and friendly and actually read what the email was saying. However I was very happy with the items I received.
Fine but ordering was confusing.
I ordered my comforter on a Friday morning. We went out of town for an overnight stay and upon returning home Sunday it was sitting on my front porch! We were so excited to see it and use it that night. What a great welcome home!

Collections has a large selection of unique items, useful household items, and clothing at fair prices. Their service is excellent and I recommend the collection to anyone.

Items were sent, however, not good quality. Items were sent back to company for full refund, as of today no refund was replace to my bank, not very impressed with this company.
