Overall, I was very satisfied-high quality items etc. Only one thing I can say I was not 100% satisfied is a little slow on shipping and tracking notification. Love the products I ordered and received.
The 49 piece rotating storage unit arrived with 4 broken dividers. The overall quality is extremely low for the price. I can by Rubbermaid set for $9.99 and get non-brittle units.
So far everything that I've ordered has been nice and in good working order.
My experience was fine. I have shopped here many times in the past. The only drawback with your site is the $3.95 service charge you have. Even if you have free shipping, you still have that charge, so it's not really free, is it. I've only come across one other website that does that, and I've stopped doing business with them altogether.
Price was good. Ordering process was efficient and delivery was right on time. The pillows however were quite small. I kept them because the stitching seemed to be well done and cute as a novelty even thought an not be put to any practical use.

One time I order and my order goes through just fine. Next time I order they say they can't process my order as they are having trouble with my credit card. ( I always pay by PayPal). And when I call customer service I usually get someone on the phone who speaks broken English and I can barely understand them. And they say you better call your credit company too see why your Credit Card isn't being approved when two minutes before I ordered from another company and payment went through fine. Then I've tried contacting your website and it says they are having difficulties. So the one order I had that was order number ******* that was placed on 11/15 said they couldn't process because of credit card was unapproved, but the order from the 8th went through fine. So I called then on the 21st and gave the representative my card # over phone and she said my card was approved. Then when I did not receive an order called this week for status and they said it wasn't approved. And I used it all week for Christmas shopping at other places and worked fine, even that day when I called your company. So I think you better start firing people at your company if this keeps up. You have great products, great prices, but your customer service SUCKS!
Received the wrong item, I did not order, and what I ordered did not come in. Called Customer Service and they immediately said they would re-send my original order to me. I waited and finally I received my couch cover, red with cardinals all over it. Besides the wrong order, I am pleased with the courteous and prompt response to have my order shipped to me. Thank you.
