Good quality products at reasonable prices

Loved the products, great prices, but I do not agree with adding to the order a processing fee. I feel it is deceptive, showing the item at a certain price at the time and then finding out you had charged me a processing fee which no other company has ever charged me.

Still waiting for backorder items.

I received most of my order. Missing a blanket throw. Spoke with a customer rep. Who corrected mistake. I received the throw today 11/29. I am happy with my order and communication with the customer rep.

Was not pleased with the company policies about canceling a order.

I have been a Collections customer for many years. I find good prices, good quality and good customer service a constant and will continue to be a satisfied customer.

My experiences with Collections Etc. have all been very positive. It's very easy to order, items are shipped quickly, and the products are wonderful. I'm never disappointed when I order.

Great experience - only problem is the "processing charge." No other company ever has this charge.

Recieved the items I ordered sooner than expected. The snow globe is really pretty, detailed and will look great on the dining table as a centerpiece. The bear rug is really neat, its durable and love the contrast of color with the cutout design.
