Shopping with Collections is always a pleasant experience. They offer unusual items at reasonable prices and ship promptly. They haven't disappointed me in the many years in which I have been doing business with them. Collections is a great place to shop.

The solar light is so small it provides nothing like what
Is needed at my door. It is so small as to be funny

From the catalog I received, I typed in the item #, and the website took directly to the product I wanted.

Have ordered from Collections,etc. For many years... Their prices are very good... and the quality is good, also...Have no complaints...

Order came in...I was charged for something I didn't receive...called.as SOON as I opened the box.Told rep about the missing snowman...she sent another...received the missing one but was CHARGED for it...

I always enjoy getting the Collections catalogs, and when I order something, it comes in a timely manner and I'd good quality.

As I have stated to you before, I really like your site, with the exception of your processing charge. It REALLY negates the consuming 'thrill' when you are offered free shipping and charged a fee at checkout. Please reconsider this policy.

Had problem with getting account accurate. Your system keept wanting to use old card dates. Not new one.

No issues with ordering, delivery, etc. Very pleased with merchandise as I normally have been in the past years.

I love shopping at Collection's Etc. They have a variety of things and I have ordered a few of them.

Placed order on November 1st still haven't received item. Will not order from you again!

Opened box last night a tried to put it together, but product was faulty and I want to return it for a refund.
