Overall leaves wall lamp is beautiful. The disk shaped battery/light unit which attaches to the metal frame and covered by a plastic shade, seems to be missing a covering that covers the exposed wires and connections to the five lights. On one side is the battery compartment with a clip on plastic cover. The other side is the lights and exposed wires and connections. A clip on cover for this side seems to be missing. When contacted customer service they offered me a $5 coupon toward my next purchase and forwarded my complaint to general management. They will contact me. No replacement part can be sent because the light works. This is totally unacceptable. I may be able to tape the wires down or not use the lamp at all.

The order #******* for an air conditioner cover was received, however I do have a complaint for order #******* placed on October 31 for a 3 pack of Wooden Stubborn Man has not been received and I would like to know why. When I tried to track the order number, I was told that it could not be found!
