Shopping experience was ok, i enjoy surfing for what i need.

Everything arrived in the time schedule you gave me. The sizes I ordered were correct, but were too large for me. Apparently your sizing runs differently than others. My daughter tried them on, they fit her so I did not return the merchandise

It was easy to place this order. Will see how everything goes once I receive my purchases.

On line fine Customer service very bad.

I love shopping with Collections, Etc. I can find items for a price I can afford easily.

Its for Christmas, but haven`t plugged it in yet. I`m sure the lights will work.

Collections Etc. Always has a great assortment of products to choose from. The products are good and I received my package within a couple days from day of placing my order.

I think in this day and age shipment should take less time than it does.

One of the item was damaged with black spot, So I ask for a replacement, my account was charge again for the replacement item that was damaged- unbelievable., also It look like I was double charge twice for my order, however, the double charge is showing in pending, will see if that charge went through.

Your quality is slipping

The shipping charge wasn't eliminated and customer service was unable to help until I placed the online order. I will probably order by phone next time due to time spent trying to correct it.
