Small Christmas tree didn't have the same amount of decorations on it that was pictured in the catalog.

UPS TOOK 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER. I ONLY RECEIVED IT YESTERDAY, DECEMBER 9TH!

One item was missing that I was charged for and one item was missing but I was not charged for.

My first order arrived perfect. Beautiful quilts. Toilet bears are very cute. Some bent brush brissel but overall cute.
I made a second order which also arrived, but one item was missing. I called customer service and they said they will send it out.

I love the pic I ordered (deer & cardinal in snow-covered wooded setting, with sparkling lights - it looks just like my back yard! And my family loves it too.

The reindeer legs don't support the body.
