I used to receive the catalogue, but now it's just as easy to shop on line.

Just what I needed. Didn't have to hunt for them

I had to call to find out when my order will arrive, that's when they told me the lady's pink hardware tool kit # ******* CANT BE SHIPPED, was very upset. The company DID NOT LET ME KNOW, I found out by calling you! I AM NOT HAPPY!

I have always been pleased with Collections-both with the service and merchandise. I will continue to order items in the future.

Good price, fast shipping, good quality

I placed another order by phone the representative was courteous but failed to tell me the order would not be delivered until after Christmas. I had to cancel order after they took my funds. It's 3 days and still my funds have not been returned. Bad policy! They failed to email me of the cancellation. Again bad policy!

I always look for a "free shipping" deal; however, by the time handling charge is added it really raises the price of the order.

It was easy and quick to get your order done.

I was disappointed with several items I purchased due to quality of items. This. Is a first as I have had been delighted/pleased with merchandise over the many years as a customer.

The quilt was nice but the quality was not what I had hoped for. The was color fading.

I 1st tried calling in my order but I couldn't understand the lady and she couldn't understand me. So then I had my daughter go online and she did my whole order online and got it for cheaper then what the lady on the phone said.

Too expensive.

Easy to order as usual. Thank you.

Did not look as pretty in person as it did in the catalog.
