Never order from you again. Screwed up everything. Had to call 4 times to straighten things out.
I love the candles and they came in good time. However, they were packed poorly in a box too big. They were all jumbled in the box and I feared some may have been broken...but they weren't. They needed to have some packing around them to keep them from moving around in the box.
However, the candles are beautiful!

Until today I had difficulty getting the offered discount and free shipping. I wasn't sure if previous orders had been filled.
I had looked for this jacket all over the internet. Found this one and it was identical, but the Totes Brand. The color I wanted was in stock. I had to order a size small than usual because a 2X was as high as the sizes went. But since higher Brand names like Totes tend to run a little larger I took a chance after going by the sizing chart. Shipping was fast - I was so happy to get it so quickly! Tried it on and it was perfect! Just the coat I'd been trying to find a long time for a fantastic price. One of the pockets needed tacking but my SIL did it in about 10 minutes and now it is perfect! I'm thrilled for my new, warm and beautiful Christmas Present! Collections etc. is a great Company!
