The items I received were very good. There was an issue with the quality of one of the items; an imperfection. I called customer service and the representative readily processed a replacement order for the item. I am a new customer and I appreciate the prompt attention to my request. Love shopping at this place
This was a frosted pine swag - when I got it, it was crammed into a box that was only 5x7 inches long. The bow was already falling apart, the berried started falling off when you pulled it out of the box. You couldn't get the branches to even resemble the picture. I have always been very pleased with products I have brought from Collections.etc except for this one. I know it was not Collections.etc that packed it, it was the vendor in China. If all the products from there are packed like this one, then Collections.etc needs to discontinue purchasing from them. I would like recommend anyone buy this product
