Disappointed the vertical blind attachment product was listed as available and I received my initial bill and payment to PayPal with item included. Subsequently I received notice the item was sold out! My original price with this item listed went through PayPal. I never received a correction from PayPal. I will be very unhappy when I see my final payment charged by PayPal if it still includes this third item. This item was still listed on your site as being available...NOT sold out!

Everything we ordered was exactly as described.
The lamp I ordered did not work. It was badly made. There was no switch on the cord to turn it on/off so it had to be unplugged from the outlet every time and the cord was not long enough to reach from the outlet to a table.Also it had fuses in the plug! A piece of junk. I called about it and got a woman who was not interested in hearing my complaint. I did not return it because the postage would have been $14 + and the lamp cost $20. It was not worth my time. It's in the garbage can. This is not the first time I have received defective merchandise. I will NOT be purchasing from Collections any more.
