I ordered the velvet sofa slipcover and a lighted lavender wreath. Both items were on sale and well worth the price. The slipcover had a perfect fit and the wreath was exactly as pictured.

I'm mostly happy with the products, but sometimes the pictures are not very accurate description showing the items that I have received. When I have to call customer service to adjust the items I always have to decline the customer approved offer at least 2 times during the transition. I don't use this service, and I don't want to have to keep telling the customer service representative I don't want to purchase the offer. In the future, I will hang up the phone if I have to decline the offer more than 2 times.
It was an easy way to shop and I was able to find what I was looking for. The pictures showed the products in a very nice way of what they can be used for.

I have shopped Collections Etc. for approx 20 years. I have been pleased with the quality and in some instances have ordered items due to a reasonable price knowing if it doesn't last, it is not hurting me budget wise. Collections quilts and shams are definitely a bargain and always look great.
