I like your products, there is a fun variety of whimsical things as well as useful. Some items are really nice quality and others not so much but they seem to match the prices. Your clearance and sale prices are really good. I like getting free shipping on orders over a certain amount that's not too crazy, but I don't like paying your service or handling fee. That's actually my biggest drawback in ordering from you is your service fee.
I actually had to return the product, only because it was too big.
I have shopped here for many years and have always been very pleased with the products and prices.

Ok, I would have ordered something else, but I was using a gift card with $37.50 balance. My order would have been over that amount then I was going to use my debit for the rest of it. It would not accept gift card

I gave 4 stars for products because the seat covers were not as simple to put on the chairs as implied by description. I ended up having to take the chair seats off completely to put the slip covers on. However, they did fit well and look good! As for the recliner cover, I purchased for my mother, she has not put it on her chair yet, so I cannot tell you how it fits. The color listed in the catalog said hunter green, but the picture made it look more like sage green, which is what we wanted. Turns out it is sage green, so the color is perfect!
I think u should offer for the balances for kitchen Windows 2 for the price you are selling them for. One balance does not fit my whole window in kitchen.

Items received were okay, color was off from what I thought, said purple and its mauve. One item have not received yet, which I am still waiting on the gray bed skirt.
