Fast easy
I purchase many items from Collections. They have all been high quality, and ready for display when received. My daughter loves the Greenman plaques and I am especially pleased with all of the garden embellishments that have been added to my newly landscaped yard. Collections is my "go to" place for eye candy. I often go to the website and just browse.

This is not my first order. On Dec 31,2019, I placed an identical order. It disappeared. The only evidence I have is a printout from PayPal. Pay Pal itself no longer has information about the older order.

First order disappeared. Second order on Jan 20 arrived in good shape.
Product instructions should have been more comprehensive and should have told us what NOT to open or remove (such as the pre-installed waste bags).

I am disappointed with the glow in the dark clock. There was no mention of the necessity of having bright lights or sunlight on it all day in the catalog or online which is not possible. Therefore it does not glow which is the only reason I chose that clock to be able to see the time during the night while in bed.
