The prices and service were good, however the items (quilt, sham and bedskirt) would have shipped better in a box rather than the plastic bag, which came with a hole in it.

Have always been satisfied with everything thing ordered, but am disappointed that they charge a "handling" fee. Hello? If someone orders something you HAVE to handle it so the cost for that would/should be factored in the prices you charge for each item. Free shipping should be totally free.

A few weeks before Christmas I ordered some decorative Christmas pillows from Collections Etc. When they arrived, the pillows were completely flat. They were packaged and sent without a shipping and return label. I returned them at my expense. I received a response saying that the pillows were sent by mistake and the shipping label was probably put in someone's order. Yeah, right! Dry that one out and you can fertilize the lawn with it! PROFIT OVER CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
