The product - QUILT SET WITH SHAMS MULTI FULL/QUEEN has three defects. 2 stitching and one print. The quilt isn't used for a bed spread and I have a sewing machine that I can fix the stitching - so it wasn't worth the time to return. Otherwise, I love it.

Love Collections Etc!

I ordered 2 of the same item just different colors. Recieved the one color as ordered but the second one took longer. I never had to contact them they kept me informed of the back order through emails which I appreciated.

Shipping was to much.

I am offended by the tRump items in your last catalog.

For some unknown reason there was a problem accepting PayPal, so I called customer service and payed with my credit card instead. The person I talked to was courteous and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
