Item a little difficult to use but worked out ok.

Good, but I still like to browse through a catalog

The item is beautiful and has decent quality, given its price. Several of my business's clients have already commented on how beautiful it is.

After viewing an item, back click did not return to that place on the page--just sometimes. You have reasonably prices cute and different items.

Easy site to get around. Received the black top, runs a little large, I received the medium and it is too big, but very nicely made. Wish the crane was painted and finished on both sides, I would have even paid more for it. But it is beautifully done, despite the one side not completed! Thank you.

Just what I wanted in a timely fashion and a great price.

The large, heated massage pad that goes over the shoulders and around the neck is defective. The first time I used it, it was great. Now when I use it, it works for a minute or so, then turns itself off. It's as if there is a short in the cord. I'm very disappointed.

Realized I could have saved money by using a different email that you had sent me... I think your site should have given me the cheapest price out there for the items I purchased.

Always pleased with my purchases for the price.

I love the bedskirt that I ordered. However, the chair covers that I ordered look as good as I expected but they have nothing to hold them in place, so everytime you sit in the chairs they are all messed up.

The curtains were plastic and not cloth. They were returned on Monday, February 17th. Waiting for refund to be put back on my friends credit card.

I ordered the magnetic blinds on two separate occasions...unable to locate my order and then out of stock. I was never informed, Customer service assured me someone would get back to me the next day and they didn't. I waited over a month.

I can always find what I am looking for at Collections Etc.
