I received a catalog in the mail and liked what I saw. Then I went online and decided to purchase several items. I received everything I ordered and they work fine. The only part of my experience(s) was the slow mail delivery. The post office had 2 speeds... slow and slower.

My order came in three separate shipments. There was some over charges that I need to straighten out. I'm waiting to give you a chance to fix it first. Your FREE shipping is in bold print on your website and all of your catalogs. It is very misleading. I asked your representative about it and they didn't seem to care. It would be good if you fixed the problems and either give the free shipping you advertise or let your customers be aware they will need a code.

The leggings were too long in the legs; I needed a petite, I'm 4'11" tall. I should have ordered a size large instead of XL.
