Some of the lights don't hold a charge and they don't work right
I wanted this sent directly to my friend for her birthday, to save time and money on shipping since i spent just under 100$ for the gifts, i filled out the correct address, but the confirmation email said it was coming to me, i called on the phone, went over it again, lady wrote down her address again, but i still got the box at my address, called for a return lable, waiting a week, finally got the lable yesterday, do not trust your company to get it right so im mailing the box directly to my friend myself, i figured by the time you got it back and resent it would be pass her birthday, thats if you got it right, really am dissapointed in the whole thing.
I was disappointed that a processing fee was added in addition to the shipping.
Overall pleased
Flower colors too artificial looking but hopefully they will fade.

The memorial items that are available seem to be of good quality and Collections has a wide range of things to choose from.
