Many times I do not order from your company because you charge both a shipping fee and a "handling fee", bringing up the original total to almost double. Other sites do not have a handling fee. I don't like that.
After I placed the order I noticed that the chair cover was on back order... I called your service department and they said that yes and it would be two months before I could get it. I asked them to please cancel the order... And they did and gave me a cancellation number... Three days later I received all three of my items... A little bit strange I would say... But I am pleased with the products
