Was not what I ordered but an obvious substitution which was not at all satisfactory. I will not keep ordering if this happens again. Too much trouble having to send it back!

I was not sent a notification that it was shipped. I called customer service for that information. This was not the first time this occurred.
Placed order 02/25/20, received email trouble with PayPal?, called customer service 02/26/20 told having problems with PayPal and gave credit card info-told ok. Kept tracking shipment-not shipped, called again 03/11/20-told first order should have been canceled and new order placed when giving credit card info, customer service rep, Kat, canceled first order and reordered-received items on 03/13/20. Pleased with items-service not so
