Overall I am satisfied. The bath safety bar did not work on the tub I wanted it for, but don't want to go through the hassle sending it back. Will be giving it to somebody with a regular bath tub. The dimensions are stated in the catalog, but didn't realize mine was wider than a regular bath tub. Still hoping to find one that will work on mine.
Ands, may I suggest that when you send the email asking if the order was received, it would be helpful to state what items were included in the order. (I am not sure if/what else I ordered.)
