One of the items was damaged, most likely in the storage and/or shipping of the item and another item's hanger was assembled in such a way it rendered it useless. When speaking with the customer service person, she wanted to merely give me a credit to the account, so that I could purchase from Collections again. I, however, found it necessary to insist that I get a refund for these items, instead. She did comply, so I do appreciate that.
Don't understand why when I put my order in on line that there is always a problem and I have to always call to solve the problem. This has happened to me on every order.
