Disappointed that I never received an email confirmation of when my order would be shipped and I could not track it.
There was a problem with one pair of the curtains,icalled them to explain that they were defective,they said ok,they sent me a merchandise certificate but they wanted me to pay shipping and s&h which i thought was wrong because the item was defective,so they went ahead and wavered that amount off the remainder which was a small amt.I was satisfied with that.

I still prefer seeing the item before I buy it. The material of the capris would not be a material I would normally choose (wrinkled look).
Easy to locate what I wanted
Have loved previously purchased products (from Amazon) which impressed me so much I followed up by searching out your website and placing this order. However, although my delivery address is Niagara Falls NY, I live in Canada (just across the border) and have been unable to cross over (the border is closed at the moment) and pick this order up. The robe, however, is identical to the one I bought from Amazon (different colour) so I am 100% sure that I will be just as happy with the second one.
