It took me a while to get it cause they said they had a problem with my choice of payment I use PayPal all the time and there should not have been a problem.
The boat shelf I ordered is now on sale, just after I purchased it. Would be nice if a price adjustment was offered.

I have written to Collections, Etc asking about the difference in the amount on my receipt and the amount charged, which was higher. I have received no response.
The only problem I have is with your choice of delivery service, Fed Ex. My order was left at the apt building next door rather than my actual address. This is the second time it has happened. I have no problem with the items I have purchased from Collections, etc. It's the delivery service from Fed Ex that is the problem. Luckily, a tenant of the next door building was nice enough to deliver the package to me. As long as Collections, etc. continues to ship via Fed Ex, I won't be ordering anything again.
Sent back an item and have not heard from company 3/16/20
