I had some trouble having my order sent to my new address. I changed on-line but it still arrived at the old address. My old neighbors are saving one pkg that arrived for me, and the other will be sent back to collections to resend to my new address. I hope my recent order arrives here at 1306 Fir street, Riverton,WY *******
I had to contact customer service 4 times to get the correct product shipped and then have the charge to my cc reversed for shipping me the correct item when it was shipped incorrectly in the first place! Very frustrating.!
Customer service rep rude, impatient, poor English and misleading. I ended up paying $38.00 for the $20.00 charging pod. I have 2 more orders previously placed. When received I am done with company.

This is my first experience with shopping here. So far, it has been an OK experience.
I have received the products I ordered. I wish the wrist support was a bit longer so it could actually reach the part of my wrist that hurts. The bra is comfortable, but I do not like the zipper as much as I thought I would. When I am too active it can unzip. I think I shall sew it so that cannot happen again. I'll just put it on in the same manner as other bras that do not have any closures, such as hooks.
The hummingbird nesters are up. Only time will tell if they will actually use them. I saw other reviews before I ordered it that said they needed a way to hang them. Mine came with a hangers so it was easy to put up.
Product was made of seer sucker finish. Washing instructions said to iron after washing which I did. The material is now completely flat and no longer has the seer sucker finish. Very disappointing with product.
My only problem with your company is the "processing fee" charged. No other catelog/online service I use has this charge & is usually why I use other providers.
I am pl eased with the items i ordered and i'm sure i will be ordering again in the future.
