Two things in the order were fine, as usual.
Had been watching the Ultra Wrap but at $59 it was too expensive. It went on sale for $29.99 so I purchased and start use within a day of delivery. Less than 2 weeks the product stop work both the Vibrate and heating aspect. Tried turn off and on, also plugging in and out, work not come on. The only thing that happened would be the on/off indicator would blink. This was not worth the $30 we paid for it. Very, very disappointed.

My shopping experience was positive. It was easy and the delivery was fast. I feel the price was reasonable. I was disappointed in the product. I have purchased a similar runner from Collections Etc. several years ago and it held up extremely well. This product developed pulls in the material within two days of being in use in the same area I had had the first runner.
