Took very long to even receive order, then when I got it it was dead. I sent photo and asked for replacement. Very poor customer service. Was told plant is dormant. I have received many dormant plants from other websites and I know the difference between a dormant plant and a dead plant.

This product was made in China. The instructions were written by someone who doesn't speak English; there were two typos, and the diagram isn't clear. I had to use a hammer to get the two upright pieces to fit together, and the two bars that hold the hose do not align properly. However, it will work as assembled.

Very pleased with packaging and product, color is vibrant and and decorative.

The detail on the towels are beautiful and brightly colored.
