I tried to get through after receiving the delivery. I was short 1 item. I ordered 2 (TWO) legends T-shirt in navy, ex large and month of MAY and only received 1 (ONE). The rest of the order was correct. I tried several times to get through on phone and online and there was no response from CollectionsEtc. You charged me for 2 shirts but I only received one. Please send the second shirt. This would really be appreciated.

I received my order in a very timely manner and then received a second shipment that I did not order and when I tried to return it (I called the customer service #) and was told there was no such order placed and if I didn't want it (I didn't even know what it was! Discovered later it was a couch headrest cushion) I could just throw it away. I don't know where your Cust. Service center is located, but this particular young man was extremely difficult to understand and, at first, didn't seem to understand why I was calling.
