I've purchased from Collections Etc., many items and have never been disappointed. The only slight flaw is with my last order. I ordered three sets of Hibiscus bushes and found them to be packed in a box too small. The flowers are bent and creased taking away their beauty. Hoping they will bounce back when placed outdoors in my patio planters.

I ordered a miniature rose called Sweet Chariot and it did not arrive in the best condition, as a matter of fact it is dead. I tried to call customer service and was told it was closed that day so I have not spoken with anyone about it yet. I will see if it maybe will come back but I do not see any green at all. The plant was not even in dirt at all, the dirt was in the bottom of the box.

It took almost two weeks to receive my products. They were too large, so I have sent them back for exchange. I hope it won't be forever before I receive my replacements! They are so pretty!

Burlap is thin. Easy to tear fabric while putting on a rod. Keeping them as they are ok. But I ordered and paid for 9 curtains. Only received 8. Am surprised, as I have ordered from Collections for years and have always been satisfied.

I ordered various solar-powered garden stakes and I am completely happy with them.
