Very easy and fast. They are a little bigger than I expected but that ok because they are beautiful, I'm glad I got one for myself!
The slippers I ordered in size 8(which is my shoe size) were a little too big. But with socks on they are just fine and very comfortable.

Lies about free shipping. Do not like the $3.95 handling fee. Seems like unnecessary fees to me and if I spend over $100 i should get free shipping and no bogus handling fee.

Order while it was still in back order status and was suppose to be refunded. This never happened and I received the order anyway. Now... once ur opened... I have send it back. I was not nor am I very happy about this occurring.
The ring less doorbell looked pretty cheap. I guess I'll stay away from those kind of products

I will not be shopping with you in the future despite your fine products because I felt I was being politically solicitated to by the fact that the only political candidate which you seem to support is Donald Trump. Although I feel strongly that every one is entitled to support any candidate they wish. A retailer looking at a global market should not be promoting one candidate over another whether he is the current President or not.

Using the product catalog number for each item, I was able to easily find all of the items I was looking for. I shop@ Collections Etc several times a year because they have seasonal items that I find for myself and friends and they are of good value. Emails populate telling me when my shipment should arrive, usually before the original date posted.
Item numbers didn't work for lookup.
Good experience; received order promptly.
