Due to Covid 19 your customer service dept. does not take phone calls despite my multiple attempts to contact you. Left message requesting recall without success. Left email message, too again without success!
Bottom line- I rec'd a tee shirt ( item # *******) which I did NOT order and failed to get the "comfort clogs" which I DID order ( item # *******).
As I didn't request the t shirt I do not feel that I should be responsible for any monetary requirements for the return.
Please advise.
The package (box) had a hole in one side and the top was coming apart. All the contents were:thrown on one side...probably because the delivery person didn't follow the arrows on the outside. The box was too flimsy.

I have ordered many items from Collections and have been happy with each one of them. This time, I was very disappointed that 2 of the 3 plants arrived "dead" and I sent an e-mail the day they arrived and haven't heard from anyone for 2 days.

Your company needs to always have women small sizes
The trellis is flimsy...not quality construction.
We LOVE the red, white and blue heart-shaped wreaths. Perfect size for hanging on doors. Online ordering is very user-friendly and delivery was much quicker than I expected. We order frequently from Collections and have NEVER had a bad experience!
