The Hosta Faux 3 stem bush was absolute pure junk and missing the tops of each stem to hold the leaves on outside in a breeze. Many leaves were folded from the way it was shipped and would not straighten out. Just junk is all I can say. I called to complain and was connected with Brian...or I think he said Brian! He had an extreme Asian accent and I was barely able to understand him. It was awful! I think I finally made him understand my problem and he said no need to return the item...a refund of 12.99 would be issued to me. I have not seen a refund and today is the 7th. So I called again yesterday and the girl said it can take a week or more to receive a credit. I also asked about a return on my tax for the item and some of the charge/fee we pay for what I don't know. None of that is refundable. A lot of trouble over this one issue...

A part of the solar willow tree was missing-part b.
It was too short- not 54 ' as described- only about 30 '. It needs more branches. Price was too high. The picture was very misleading! Please send me another solar white lights tree for free. This would make the tree much more satisfactory! Thanks Janie Armstrong

The flowers are pretty and serm to be holding up nicely on the outside. However, the picture was deceitful. There was no basket and there were only half the amount included in the order. I have ordered another to fill my planter out. I also did not receive free shopping.
