Easy to order. Prompt delivery.

I received my order.

Good except few things were discontinued.

Good quality and prices - the handling fee was a surprise

When I did not receive any email communication after placing my order, I sent an email to check if it was received and did not get a response.

I like the items I buy from Collections,etc. But customer service is not the best!

The fence did not work out would not hook together as shown. The flowers bush was very small not at all as big as shown in picture

Several things I wanted to order were all sold out. They should have been removed from your website.

Satisfied with the service I received even though I had to return some of the items.

Why does everything have to come from China? Some things are so poorly made I find myself sewing them back together often.
I also had a delivery problem, but it was my local post office that messed it up.

Thought shipping was free as per ordering guidelines. Then when order finally came I was charged 11.95 for shipping and handling for a 23.00 order!

Thought the recliner cover had straps to secure it to the chair. Doesn't. Slides down and needs constant adjusting. Covers well however.

Lots of useful items from which to choose.

I bought room darkened curtains and the curtains still let some sun in. Not completely room darkened curtains. I thought they would hold the sun out. Thin material.

I love my new rugs! They fit my space perfectly. I've ordered many things from Collections Etc. and I've always been impressed with the quickness of my orders arriving. I'm definitely a customer for life!
