Having a "handling" fee of $4 is annoying. Customer Service was very prompt and helpful when I contacted them.

Product was shattered in a,million,pieces. I've called, sent texts still no reply and no replacement. It was a,mothers day,gift.

I was not happy with the gingham duster. I ordered 2 sizes larger but it was still too small. The collar was not put on properly. I gave it away to Goodwill.will.

Nice pillow form. Not skimpy. Filled out the pillow cover I also ordered.

Everything was fine except the miniature rose--it was dry so I watered it and put it in a window and the next day, half of it was all dried up and dead.so I planted the other part in the planter and put in the sun so will see what happens. It just came in the mail on May 6th. Wish me luck! Thanks.
