Everything was okay except for the stones that are supposed to glow in the dark. They don't; they are just colored green all the time.

The item I originally ordered was received with the wrong item. I called and was immediately sent the correct item. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and handled my dilemma immediately. I have been shopping with this company for several years and have had very nice experiences. The merchandise is well priced, shipped in a timely manner.
My shopping experience was horrible. Called customer service 3 times regarding a shipping price question. Each rep would not even let me talk before they consistently cut me off. If you are going to advertise free shipping on orders over whatever amount, then you need to make it clearer that this does NOT apply to the 'extra shipping charge'. Otherwise, that's not really the free shipping you're advertising. This was so annoying. I will never order from you again.
