Collections Etc. provides useful items for your home. I am the on the younger side of things so I'm probably not the typical collections.etc customer. However I like that you can find beautiful items for a reasonable price. They also have a lot of household helpers. For example I was able to find an instant curtain rod installation kit. I like stuff like that because I am not very handy and contractors are expensive.

I tried calling via phone, but got a continual busy signal. I don't order on-line very much because I get frustrated with the technology.

Everything was as I expected and I am very satisfied with my order.

I was shorted two items in this delivery. (2 items #******* MISS36CWHIT) This is the third time that I have reported this shortage and still have not received the items or a refund

The Blouses and the shoes fit perfectly! The colors were true to the magazine and I have received a lot of compliments. I would order again from this Company!

Most of the items are great. The frogs will not glow in the dark. I will purchase some glow in the dark paint and apply and maybe that will work. The double butterfly spinner will not spin but eh globe does stay lit at night. Thank you

All went smoothly due to virus I am home from work but in the future a...it has shipped...notice would be nice to look out for package.that way its just not sitting on porch.thst would be the only improvement I would suggest.
