Horrible unexplainable delay. Product at first mailed to incorrect address. Do not know where it is now.

Ordered clothing and was so disappointed in the quality especially at the price. Then had trouble getting lable to return, as well as the cost of using their return label, deducted from my refund, sorry $11.99 is out of line.

This is a wonderful piece to add to my tropical gallery collection. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. The service was prompt. I've ordered similar pieces from you in the past and have always been very pleased.

I have gotten several items that have not meant my expectations in the last couple of orders. I was unable to meet the return deadline for one of the orders, due to an illness in the family. So, I got stuck paying for items I will never use nor gift to anyone.

I buy my rugs from Collections Etc because they are a great quality, low profile rug. I use them to protect my wood floor from my Giant Schnauzer dogs' large nails.

The runners were placed in a box that was too small to accommodate the width. The runners are permanently creased where they were folded in on the corners to fit in the box. Stretching does not lessen the creases. Very disappointed.

Great customer service the help center was very responsive and assured me that the item would be sent immediately.

I placed the order to be shipped to one address and it was changed to a different address by the computer. I called and the lady said she had changed it to be shipped to the correct address. She lied, it went to the address that the computer picked. Unreal...

The opportunity to order items that are unavailable in most stores is appreciated.
