Everything I ordered was great; quality, packaging and price! The only issue I had was the faux flowers. The picture was deceiving as far as presentation. When I received them, they looked nothing like the picture. They weren't as full. I kept them anyway because I love the color, so that saved the return. I will continue to buy from Collections, but I will be more careful and mindful of the pictures presented.
