Quick, easy, and fun to look through catalog. Ordered three solar lights and one of them quit working after only a couple days. Checked to see what type of battery it took hoping that that would solve the problem but there was a loose wire that we have no idea where it goes.

I order from collections a lot almost always satisfied with everything I buy.

I called because of missing parts to my rolling magazine rack. The rep kept asking me the same question (Did I look for all pieces?) All I wanted was the missing piece and I would be happy. She offered me a certificate instead. Not what I wanted. Finally she told me she would send another rack and do whatever I wanted with the one with the missing part.

It was great and very fast shipping.

I have shopped at collections for years I have recently stopped buying from other catalogues co because they do not offer the incentives that collections does, like free shipping and no minimum which makes it easy on my budget please continue
