Excellent, I called customer service because one item was missing. (6 in 1 fleece hood Red). Customer service said it would be redelivered (but as of today 12-13-14 it still has not arrived) but I am sure it will. Very good experience. Thank you.

The round pink table cloth had snag in it and the little christmas village the biggest one was broke and the little north pole sign was not with it. Very dissappointed in these items.

Your web site is so easy to use, your items are of good quality and your discounts are an incentive to buy. I ordered two Christmas snowmen sweatshirts in a size medium (one red and one green). The quality is very poor, the size is either a larger or extra large (not medium) and the sleeves at the hands are so big, they fall down over my hands. I would not buy these again or recommend that anyone else buy them. I am very satisfied with all my other items I purchased.

This time I wasn't as pleased with my one product. The magnetic windshield cover was not what it appeared to be in the catalog. I will be sending it back. Things happen like that, but I will continue shopping here because I'm usually quite satisfied. Thank you
