I have always been very happy with my Collections, Etc., orders. This most recent order arrived in a timely fashion. There is one item not received that is back-ordered until 1/16/05. I have complete confidence that item will be shipped to me as soon as it is back in their inventory. This has happened before; and, I have always received the item(s).
