I sent you an email earlier. This item is defective. It was a gift for my bedridden aunt who CANNOT return it as she is bedridden! The LED lights on this LED picture do NOT work! I repeat, the LED light on this LED picture do NOT work! Her caregiver tried 2 sets of batteries. The batteries are okay. My aunt lives in a nursing home, so she doesn't have a caregiver all to herself...she shares these caregivers who cannot return a defective item to you. Please help me with this situation. I would like my aunt to receive a second LED picture from you that works.
Since the first one was defective, I don't feel I need to pay for a second one. My aunt is in Michigan. I live in Florida (so I cannot return the defective item either).
