I purchased this as a gift and not used it my self However it was recommended by a friend, so I am sre all will be good.

Received an item I did not order and did not receive an item I did order. Called customer service and received a voucher for the item not received but not an option to get the item. Could keep the item not ordered, however. I would have much preferred the item not sent.

I keep coming back! I did come back to order a couple of items really needed in my apartment. Ordered the 3 strip lights and only 2 worked and although the AC cover fit, thought it would be thicker.

I would have purchased some other items, but because of their poor rating they were deleted. I love Collections Etc and have been satisfied with most of my purchases.
