Never had a problem with Collections before. This time was a BIG disappointment! I ordered early like they tell you to. I ordered 2 gifts of similar type for my 2 grandsons one came rather quickly but one item was missing from the order. I called and spoke to a man in customer service he apologized for the error & said he would send the missing gift, so I waited & waited...finally I called back again & this customer service agent told me they were no longer in stock. This was the 17th of Dec. I received no e-mails letting me know the status of my order. I had to go shopping again to find something to replace the items for my grand sons. I was very disappointed with the service I received and when I went out to a store found similar items for a cheaper price. Never again for gifts will I shop Collections Etc.
I was missing an item and was happy to find how easy it was to obtain satisfaction.
I love my wreath and tree. In fact I have a friend who wants one also but I can't find it in the catalog now.

The radio wasn't very good. The reception on it is fuzzy, but maybe it is just location. If I had it to do over, I would not have bought it without trying first.
