I like collections very much and have bought a few things from "Collections, Etc" over the past 3 years, I do read the reviews and if it is 4-5 stars on the reviews helps me to decide that the product I purchase is a good product overall! The prices seem to be very reasonable!

Have always been pleased in the past but this was a totally different experience. SEVERAL things I ordered for Christmas presents are still not here. I ordered these in plenty of time and I feel that the company should have let me know that they couldn't deliver on time. Also, the bulldogs I ordered were missing a part. No time to send back and re-order. Horrible experience this time. VERY disappointed.

The lighted outside Christmas ornaments were disappointing. They looked better in the catalog than actual. They are flimsy.

I was very disappointed with the first set I received after I received my second set that works perfectly.
The first set is very weak and does not always work. Can't hardly see it on the tree.

When my wife opened the skating snowman one of the pieces of the carousel was broken off and had fell into the bottom of the snowman. We got it out and was going to fix it our selves but noticed that it had been fixed once before. We called customer service and they refunded the money and told use to keep the snowman. Thank you for your help.
