I entered my credit card information once only to be told that it can't be processed. I found a mistake and entered it a second time only to be told that it couldn't be processed. I had another person check it and everything was alright so we tried again and got the message that the order couldn't be processed. She reentered everything and the order finally went through.
I thought that the shipping fee was a little high plus I don't understand the processing fee.
