Very easy and smooth
I love Collections Etc. Certain items I received was not working for example the Red Berry Wreath. I called customer service and was issued a refund which was great. I ordered the Bird Wreath it was pretty but part of the wreath came off and I could not get the birds to position properly, I kept it anyway. Anything that is battery operated is touch and go, you have to hold your breath because you are not sure if it going to work. I ordered the Friendship Throw for my friend and she LOVES it. With all the ups and downs I still love Collection Etc.
Very timely even though ordered later in the month. Arrived well packed and on time!
Two of the toys ordered for Christmas had a different age on the actual product than in the catalog description therefore could not be given as gifts! Other than that everything else was as described and worked fine.
